IntegraNotes was developed on the premise that
customization and ease-of-use are prerequisites to
clinician acceptance and satisfaction. Powerful
scripting allows a complete range of entry styles,
including free text, web-style hyperlinks, decision
trees, templates, diagrams, touch screen and voice
recognition.
Clinician entries are automatically categorized into a
SOAP format that is consistent with hospital
requirements. Full text search capabilities allow
immediate access to any section of a patient record.
